At Luxeira, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind after receiving it due to multiple reasons. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that you never regret your purchase. To make your shopping experience worry-free, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
How to Request a Return
If you wish to return a product, you must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate the process, please email us at luxeirajewels@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the product and packaging label
- The reason for return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Return requests raised after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
The credited amount cannot be transferred to a bank account or any other payment method.
After we receive and inspect the returned parcel, you will receive an email confirmation, and the store credit will be processed accordingly.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
For online prepaid orders made via net banking, debit/credit card, UPI, or digital wallets:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 4–6 business days after the returned item is received with original tags and labels intact.
- Card payments will be refunded to the same card used during purchase.
- UPI payments will be returned to the same UPI ID used for the transaction.
You will receive an email confirmation once the returned parcel is received and the refund process has begun.
Please do not share the pickup OTP with the courier partner until the product has been successfully handed over.
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the final refund amount will be calculated after adjusting any discounts or offers applied at the time of purchase.
Gift hampers are not eligible for return.
